The National Policy on Skills Development, which integrates hands-on training and digital literacy.

Mass Literacy and Adult Education programmes.

“We have infused entrepreneurial training... to equip them with the skills they need to function and do things differently,” the minister said.He added that the programmes aim to prepare Nigerian youth with relevant skills for present and future technologies.

Dr. Alausa also commended the Duke of Edinburgh for his November 2025 visit to Nigeria, noting the country’s active participation in the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation.
