The immediate past Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kano State, Comrade Saidu Bello Said, has boldly predicted that President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) will suffer a humiliating defeat in the 2027 presidential election, with the ruling party losing even before 10:00 a.m. on election day.
In an interview with Daily Post, Said expressed deep frustration with the current administration, claiming widespread public dissatisfaction and a rejection of the APC’s governance style.
“Nigerians will never vote for Tinubu in the coming election. They are tired. Democracy is not being respected,” he declared.
He went further with his prediction: “Tinubu will lose the election before 10:00 am. Whoever votes for Tinubu, especially in the North, will be found at the bottom of hell.”
Said attributed the anticipated early collapse of APC support to growing public awareness and anger over economic hardships, particularly the repeated increases in fuel prices.
“For example, fuel price has increased when there’s no reason for that,” he said. “Nigeria’s budget was pegged at $70, but with the recent war, it has increased. What is being done for Nigerians?”
Commenting on the ADC’s position in Kano amid recent political realignments including the movement of former NNPP leader Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Said said the party is focused on internal strengthening.“
The party will get its house in order before 2027,” he assured. He urged Nigerians to view the 2027 general elections as a decisive opportunity for change, describing it as “a time to save themselves from the clutches of APC.”
The strong remarks reflect the intense political mobilisation and opposition confidence building up ahead of the 2027 polls.
