Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) enjoys total acceptance across Kaduna State and assured President Bola Tinubu of a landslide victory in the 2027 presidential election.
Abbas made the remarks on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, when he led a high-powered delegation of Kaduna APC stakeholders to a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The Speaker, who is from Kaduna, said the party is now accepted “100% in all the nooks and crannies” of the state, unlike in previous elections when its influence was limited to certain zones.
“We are here to pay a courtesy visit to Mr President, our father, to brief him about the progress of APC in Kaduna, and to tell him that APC has been accepted 100% in all the nooks and crannies of Kaduna, and to assure him that 2027 is guaranteed, a landslide from zone one to zone two to zone three,” Abbas stated.
He added that Kaduna is “battle-ready” to deliver massive votes for President Tinubu and all APC candidates in the 2027 polls.
The delegation’s visit comes as the ruling party continues to consolidate support ahead of the next general elections, with leaders expressing confidence in strong performance in key northern states.
No immediate reaction was received from opposition parties on the claim as of the time of this report.
