The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has disbursed a total of ₦1.928 trillion to the federal government, states, and local government councils as revenue allocation for November 2025.

This amount was shared during the FAAC's December 2025 meeting in Abuja, chaired by the Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite.

The distributable revenue came from a gross total of ₦2.343 trillion, after deductions of ₦84.251 billion for cost of collection and ₦330.625 billion for transfers, interventions, and refunds.

Breakdown of Allocations:

  • Federal Government: ₦747.159 billion
  • State Governments: ₦601.731 billion
  • Local Government Councils: ₦445.266 billion
  • Oil-Producing States (13% derivation): ₦134.355 billion
  • The ₦1.928 trillion distributable revenue comprised:₦1.403 trillion from distributable statutory revenue
  • ₦485.838 billion from Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • ₦39.646 billion from Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL)

Key Revenue Trends:Gross statutory revenue for November stood at ₦1.736 trillion, down by ₦427.969 billion from ₦2.164 trillion in October 2025.

VAT revenue was ₦563.042 billion, a decrease of ₦156.785 billion compared to the previous month's ₦719.827 billion.

While excise duty saw a moderate increase, most other revenue sources including Petroleum Profit Tax, oil and gas royalties, company income taxes, import duties, VAT, EMTL, and fees recorded substantial declines.

This marks a month-on-month drop in total disbursement, reflecting broader challenges in key revenue streams despite ongoing fiscal reforms.
