Judicial officers of Nigeria's Federal High Court will embark on their annual Christmas vacation starting Friday, December 19, 2025.
According to a circular issued by Chief Judge Justice John Tsoho, designated vacation judges will be available in the key divisions of Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt to handle human rights cases and other urgent matters.
Regular court proceedings are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, ensuring continuity for critical legal issues during the holiday period.
