The Kaduna State Police Command has initiated a large-scale clearance operation across Makarfi, Hunkuyi, and Ikara Local Government Areas, targeting insurgents, armed bandits, and other criminal elements terrorising the region and its surroundings.
The intensified operation is being conducted in full collaboration with the Nigerian Army, Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kaduna Vigilante Service (KADVS), local vigilante groups, and community hunters.
The joint task force aims to restore lasting peace and security by decisively rooting out criminal hideouts and disrupting their networks across the affected areas.
