Earlier this year, Corp member Raye gained widespread attention when a video of her boldly criticizing the Nigerian government during her Passing Out Parade went viral.
In a recent update, Raye revealed she was denied her NYSC certificate despite completing her mandatory one-year service.
Raye alleges that officials claimed she failed to clear herself in April as required.
She insists she was present but was repeatedly told to “go to the back” by the Local Government Inspector (LGI).
Ultimately, the official refused to clear her, confiscated her file, and ordered her to leave.Expressing frustration, Raye called the ordeal a waste of time and voiced anger at the injustice, predicting an unfavorable “final verdict.”
She has decided to close this chapter and move forward with her life.
