Billionaire industrialist and BUA Group Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu paid a courtesy visit to President Bola Tinubu on Friday, accompanied by his son, Isyaku Abdulsamad Khalifa, to celebrate Nigeria’s 66th Independence Day.

Rabiu shared photos from the meeting on his X account, expressing that he felt honoured to meet the President once again and convey warm wishes for the national occasion.

“Honoured to once again visit His Excellency, the President, with Khalifa, and to extend our warm wishes on the occasion of Nigeria’s Independence Day,” Rabiu wrote.

He noted that the moment offered a chance to reflect on the nation’s progress while looking ahead with optimism.

“It is always a pleasure to share such moments as we reflect on our nation’s journey and look forward with hope to the future,” he added.

Rabiu also extended Independence Day greetings to Nigerians both at home and in the diaspora, praying for continued peace, unity, progress, and prosperity for the country.
