Kingsley Okonkwo, the relationship coach and lead pastor of David’s Christian Centre (DCC), has launched a platform to matchmake singles seeking marriage.
Okonkwo unveiled the platform via a series of social media
posts.
In an X
post, the cleric said relationships have become commercialised, and
that single men are facing difficulty in finding women.
Okonkwo argued that relationships in the current generation
are based on financial gain rather than genuine friendship.
He said the platform is open to men in different statuses.
The clergyman named the website Mentor To Marry.
According to the convener, the platform is a “guided marriage-preparation and
matching community for serious Christian singles who desire intentional,
Kingdom-minded marriages”.
Applicants can choose from three optional categories:
regular, premium, and VIP. Regular applicants, with a registration fee of
N70,000, will go through eight weeks of mentoring classes and browse limited
profiles; premium applicants, with a registration fee of N350,000, will enjoy
better offers than regular applicants, including membership in a private group;
while VIP applicants will register for N700,000 to include access to global
profiles.
