First Lady Oluremi Tinubu on Friday inaugurated the first-ever National Headquarters of the Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS) in Abuja, describing the facility as a landmark achievement that will enhance the organisation’s humanitarian capacity across the country.
At the commissioning ceremony, the First Lady praised the NRCS for its unwavering dedication to serving humanity without discrimination.
She noted that the Society has consistently alleviated suffering and restored hope to vulnerable communities nationwide.
Tinubu expressed optimism that the new headquarters would strengthen the NRCS’s ability to coordinate relief efforts, improve operational efficiency, and expand its impact across Nigeria.
