Yusuf Buhari, son of former President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday night led a group of friends on a courtesy visit to the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, at his residence in Abuja.
The visit was described as warm and engaging, with discussions centred on issues of national development, leadership, and the future of the country.
In a statement on the visit, Yusuf Buhari expressed appreciation for the hospitality extended to him and his delegation.
“We had a warm and engaging interaction, discussing issues of national development, leadership and the future of our country,” he said.
He further wished Senator Barau Jibrin continued success in his service to the nation.
The meeting shows the ongoing engagement between younger political figures and key leaders in the National Assembly.
