Segun ‘Sheggz’ Olusemo, the former BBNaija housemate, has addressed criticism directed at him, following rumours that infidelity on his part led to a breakup with his fellow reality star Bella Okagbue.
On Tuesday, the reality TV personality took to his X page to
share a series of new photos in which he appeared calm and unfazed.
Without directly naming anyone or addressing specific
claims, Sheggz spoke about the importance of discipline, loyalty, and
maintaining focus.
He also said he had no intention of entertaining unnecessary
drama or defending positions he didn’t stand by.
“Omo ologo 5G! Too loyal, too disciplined. I’ll never defend
nonsense, I’ll never get distracted from my purpose. Blessed,” he wrote.

One of the images subtly captured his name trending on the
platform, a move many X users interpreted as a quiet, indirect acknowledgement
of the backlash and cheating allegations currently circulating.
Sheggz and Bella met during the ‘Level Up’ season of Big
Brother Naija (BBNaija) in 2022.
They developed romantic feelings in the house and soon
became a couple. Their relationship thrived even outside the BBNaija house. In
July 2023, the couple marked their first anniversary together.
In 2024, the reality TV star also squashed rumours about a
split from Bella, whom he referred to as “my wife”.
In an interview, the former BBNaija housemate said he would
kneel publicly to beg his partner if she truly deserved it.
“I can kneel and beg. In my own yard, in my house, who is
seeing me? I can even kneel in front of people on the road, I don’t care, if
you are that deserving,” he said.
