Nigerian businessman and media personality Isaac Fayose has announced the passing of his wife.
He shared the sad news on Saturday, May 16, 2026, via his social media platforms. His late wife had been battling cancer for some time.
In an emotional post, Fayose wrote: “Rest in peace my darling wife,” and added “Odaro oyibo mi,” a Yoruba phrase meaning “Good night, my white woman.” He also shared a photograph of her.
Fayose had publicly revealed his wife’s cancer diagnosis in late March 2026 during an emotional video from Australia, where he noted that despite his resources, he could not save her from the illness.
The announcement has drawn condolences from friends, fans, and well-wishers across social media.
