Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have successfully intercepted a vehicle believed to be transporting logistics supplies intended for Boko Haram terrorists along the Maiduguri–Mafa road in Borno State.
According to a military source, the vehicle, registered as GZA 359 XA, was stopped during a routine stop-and-search operation at a checkpoint mounted by troops of the 195 Battalion (Mechanised).
The interception is part of ongoing efforts by security forces to disrupt terrorist supply lines in the region. Further details on the contents of the vehicle and any arrests made are expected to be released by the authorities.
