Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday presented 100 brand new official vehicles to substantive directors on Grade Level 17 across the Lagos State Public Service.
The presentation took place at a brief ceremony at the Pavilion, Lagos House, Ikeja. The gesture is aimed at boosting efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and motivating top civil servants in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
Sanwo-Olu described the directors as critical to policy implementation and service delivery, noting that equipping them is a practical way to support better performance.
“We have your back,” the governor told the beneficiaries, adding that the vehicles would enable them to discharge their duties more responsively and impactfully.
This is part of the state government’s continued efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and improve governance in the public service.
