Special Adviser to the President on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has said President Bola Tinubu has become the object of former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai’s verbal diarrhoea
In a statement posted on his verified X handle on Friday,
Bwala said El-Rufai needs professional counseling.
This is coming barely 24 hours after the Department of State
Services, DSS, attempted to arrest El-Rufai at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International
Airport, Abuja, a development that has stirred debate across the country.
Since the incident at the airport, notable Nigerians like
former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Minister of Transport, Rotimi
Amaechi, have paid El-Rufai solidarity visits in his Abuja residence.
Bwala accused El-Rufai of calling Tinubu’s government a
disaster and predicting that Tinubu would need a miracle to win re-election.
The presidential spokesman also said that El-Rufai had
accused Tinubu of wanting to become a life President.
“Tinubu has now become the latest object of El-Rufai’s
verbal diarrhoea. Tinubu’s camp responded with a cold, almost clinical
dismissal. El-Rufai needs professional counselling,” Bwala said.
