Burna Boy has revealed that he is receiving medical
treatment while currently on his ‘No Sign of Weakness’ tour.
The Grammy-winning artiste shared a glimpse of his health
challenge on his Instagram story on Wednesday, posting a video from his bed
with his hand connected to an intravenous (IV) drip.
“Quick recharge, Newark I’m coming,” he wrote in the
caption, assuring fans of his imminent arrival for the next tour stop.
In the background of the video, a voice could be heard

Born Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy gained fame after releasing
‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’ (2013).
Since breaking into the mainstream, he has established
himself as one of Africa’s most successful artistes, known for his
genre-blending style and chart-topping albums.
In 2021, the self-proclaimed African Giant won the ‘Best
World Music Album’ category at the Grammy Awards for ‘Twice As Tall’.
The singer faced intense scrutiny in recent weeks over a
viral incident at his concert in Colorado, where he ejected a couple in the
front row for sleeping during his performance.
The incident sparked widespread discussion, which
intensified after an Instagram live session where Burna Boy stated he only
wants supporters who buy his tickets.
The fallout extended to the singer’s touring schedule.
Burna Boy previously cancelled two key concert stops on his ‘No Sign of Weakness’ United States tour.
