Minister of State for Finance Meets Customs CG to Advance Non-Oil Revenue Drive


The Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, held a productive meeting with the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, as part of broader initiatives to reduce Nigeria's dependence on oil revenues.


The Nigeria Customs Service continues to serve as a critical pillar in the nation's non-oil revenue generation, supporting economic diversification efforts under President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.


Following the discussion, Dr. Uzoka-Anite shared her high regard for Adeniyi's contributions:"It is always a distinct honor to meet with the Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR.“
