In a heartwarming display of compassion this Christmas, Chinua Soludo, son of Anambra State Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, made unscheduled visits to hospitals across three local government areas on December 25, 2025, settling medical bills for numerous patients and enabling them to return home for the festivities.
At St. Joseph Hospital in Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha LGA, Chinua not only cleared outstanding bills for many patients but also provided transportation fares to ensure they could reunite with their families.
The gesture continued at Nnobi General Hospital in Idemili South LGA, where one patient treated for acute malaria facing a bill exceeding ₦120,000, was able to go home debt-free, thanks to Chinua's intervention.In Ekwulobia General Hospital, Aguata LGA, nearly 10 women received assistance with their bills and transport support, embodying the spirit of the season.
During the visits, Chinua emphasized the importance of kindness and support for the less privileged, urging greater welfare efforts nationwide to foster a sense of belonging.
The emotional outings left lasting impressions, with beneficiaries and Chinua himself moved to tears by the shared moments of gratitude and relief.
