Famous Nigerian actress, Regina Daniels, has reacted to her elder brother, Sammy’s release from prison.
Sammy was granted five million naira bail on Monday November
10 2025, and released after perfecting his bail condition.
Reacting to Sammy’s release, Regina, in a series of posts
and video on her Instagram story, noted that nobody will dare raise hands on
her again.
Sharing her video call with Sammy, the actress wrote;
“People love me ooo, I no believe am walai, and that makes me emotional. I love
you so much my brother. Nobody go try beat me again. The kind love I have
received during this period makes me feel good.
“Ned thought people would hate me. Make I no lie, for many
reasons, belle dey sweet me”.
He was granted bail amid the public agitation online under
the hashtag #FreeSammy for allegedly being remanded under circumstances that
sparked public concern.
Recall that Sammy was arrested and charged to Abuja court by
his younger sister husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, for calling him out on social
media amid his ongoing messy breakup with Regina Daniels.
Ned was accused of domestic abuse. In response, the Senator
denied the allegations and accused Regina of drug abuse.
