The Lagos State Wastewater Management Office (LSWMO) sealed Myca 7 Court, Van Daniel Estate, Off Orchid Road, Lekki, on Saturday, following public complaints.
The action aligns with the state’s commitment to a cleaner, safer environment.
LSWMO officials discovered the property was illegally pumping sewage into public drains, a practice deemed a public nuisance, environmentally harmful, and a threat to human health.
The agency emphasized that such violations endanger public safety and will face severe penalties, including potential prosecution.
