The Federal Government has temporarily suspended the recruitment application portal for the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), and Federal Fire Service (FFS).
The portal, https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, managed by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), will resume operations on Monday, July 21, 2025, instead of the previously announced date of July 14.
In a statement, Maj General Abdulmalik Jibrin, Secretary of the CDCFIB, explained that the suspension is intended to ensure a transparent, fair, and seamless recruitment process.
The government expressed appreciation for the enthusiasm of young Nigerians eager to serve through these paramilitary agencies.
