VIDEO: President Jonathan's wife orders supporters to stone anyone chanting ‘Change’

Wife of Nigeria’s President, Patience Jonathan has been on the campaign trail for her husband.

In Calabar, egged on by courtiers, such as Onyeka Onwenu and Kema Chikwe, she told her listeners to stone anyone that says ‘Change’.

Change is the slogan of the opposition All Progressives Congress.

And her reckless statement may put supporters of APC in danger, especially in view of the serial attacks on APC supporters in her hometown of Okrika, in Rivers state.

  7. She is a big shame, insult to a country like Nigeria. If only First Ladies were to be made public before elections, Jonathan would have never smelled the seat of power, this is a very unrefined, idiotic, pompous, egocentric, most stupid public woman I have ever heard of. I really don't know how a man can be living with such a character.

Well I know from ur actions that she sent you to make some sort of opinion and yet u cannot even pretend that ur a "group" instead we all know that ur just one person insulting "your" own mother's head. Rubbish. Come March u will be in kirikiri with this backward and shame to the female gender.

  11. Mrs Jonathan's attitude and utterances are enough to cost Dr. Goodluck Jonathan his re-election bid. In a sane environment, your public display is enough reason for Mr President's defeat at the poll

  12. We implore Prof. Chidi Odinkalu of the National Human Rights Commission to note these combustible statements that are capable of inciting Nigerians to violence.

  16. Everybody can really see that she is the one that is instigating violence in Rivers State and Bayesa State. She is a disgrace to the office of the first lady and to the nation. I wonder why GEJ is not seeing his wife and how she's ruining his chances. Even when the husband speaks one will be wondering what kind of phd is he holding, he really don't know how to express himself. And that is the reason he is not seeing anything wrong in his wife's utterances.

  17. THOSE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULD BE REMINDED NEVER TO THROW STONES! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! SOMEBODY SHOULD TELL IMPATIENCE JONATHAN & THE pdpigs THAT THEIR TIME IS UP! 19. If Buhari is your idea of change then this country is lost forever, feel sorry for the youths in a country of more than 160m pple, we keep recycling knuckle heads as president.

  20. The President's wife has spoken to the best of her knowledge. For those who understand, she has expressed her English to her ability of understanding and we should not call her a useless woman because I believe she was unlucky to have the kind of educational experience we have right now. Remember that everyone was not enrolled or lucky to study during her youthful days due to the bad Nigerian Economic system in those days and you don't expect her knowledge to improve to your level of understanding because she is automatically the President's wife. Always remember that life is full of opportunities and she is just lucky to be the President's wife. Therefore, you criticizers should not forget that in life, an illiterate could be the best woman you love and marry. Therefore, if you are favored to hold a professional position in future which requires her to speak to people, you should be proud of having her as a wife because your blessings from God might be coming through her Will as a woman who supports her husband in everything he does. Let us all pray for our country to improve economically no matter who leads us as the president because no body is perfect and even the intelligence can destroy our economy.
