That the weapons Nigeria army is using were bought during Shagaris tenor, why didn't Buhari, Babangida and Obasanjo equip The Army with modern weapons , you expect GEJ to turn around the country in 4 years even when they had promised him they will make the nation ungovernable.which they are making do their promise Olodo
