  3. That's good. discipline, the hall mark of godly lifestyle. The evil guys will be discouraged to even seek admission into these schools. All that are outlined are just normal lifestyle of students, but the exception....Phone. they shd be allowed to own phones, ipad, Laptop etc

  4. " el matosky, it is not reading all through the night that makes you a brilliant student oo. But how committed to ur studies. if all these time-wasting social engagements are cut off like as we have seen from their rules, they will have enough time to read, sleep well, and keep their brain fresh to study.

  5. Nigerian self!!! Everything is shocking???

Nothing is done without complain. We are the ones complain of low level of immorality, yet we are still the ones calling moral rules shocking!

This is a private and MISSION university, if you cannot abide by their standard, go open you own university and even allow gays and homosexuals there.

    Nonsense!

  6. Nothing good about this - where is their independence? This is why most of kids don't mature mentally which results in failed marriages and poor job retention. These are secondary schools not universities - sorry!

  11. Some of you complain out of jealousy. Just hide your ignorant and share poverty.
Please go to government school where you can do any thing you want to do, illicit and immoral act like robbery, cultism...etc. No body is complaining. Look at your school under lock and key, why ?. I'm still waiting for your answer. Is it because of your complained above ? Please I want to read your reply.

  12. I went to Covenant University. Lovely environment. You actually have to study. Grades are earned!

The school/church didn't force anyone to attend the school. We all decided to, and we knew what the rules were.

Agreed the rules are pretty strict especially for youths, but guess what.., it laid a nice foundation for us and makes us conscious sometimes when doing things.

From the little I know, these schools; Covenant and the rest have an atmosphere that most Federal and state universities don't have. You should take a tour... If it's past your time, you will want to send your children there!

  15. I wonder what you people are complaining about. As far as i am concerned, these rules are set to make our children better citizens and future leaders. They are shielded away from destructive worldly influences which to me is good for their development and progress.I give kudos to the management of these institutions for their efforts in giving these students sound training and at the same time inculcating high moral values into them.

JUST THINKING.... WILL THEY NOW BE WORKING IN "A WORLD DEVOID OF ALL THESE ILLS?

I THOUGHT WE WERE TO BE CUNNING AS THE SERPENT, YET GENTLE AS THE DOVE"

YOU HAD BETTER WAKE UP TO THE REALITY OF THESE WORLD.

ALTHOUGH, I DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MORAL BANKRUPTCY...

I DO HOWEVER BELIEVE IN EXCELLING IN ALL SPHERES.
