A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Dino Melaye, has stated that President Bola Tinubu is universally a person of particular interest.
In a post on his verified X handle on Friday, Melaye
described President Tinubu as the only man on earth with a maximum
qualification without a minimum qualification.
Melaye’s comments may not be unconnected to President
Tinubu’s inability to provide his primary and secondary school certificates in
the educational qualifications section of the personal particulars submitted to
the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the 2027 presidential
election.
Although the
President provided his university educational qualifications, the
development has generated reactions from
Nigerians of all walks of life.
Some Nigerians insist that Tinubu’s inability to provide his
primary and secondary school certificates to the Independent National Electoral
Commission, INEC, disqualifies him from being Nigeria’s president.
The President was also asked to resign and not to contest
the 2027 general elections.
However, the former Kogi West Senator, in his recent post,
mocked Tinubu, saying the President was so intelligent that he attended
university without primary and secondary school education.
“Tinubu is universally a person of particular interest. The
only one on earth with a maximum qualification without minimum qualification,”
he tweeted.
