Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) has disqualified housemate Nomy from the ongoing 2026 season for repeatedly defying house instructions.
Shortly after the nomination for possible eviction process
on Monday evening, Big Brother gathered the housemates into the lounge and
addressed Nomy’s repeated behaviour of defying his instructions.
Biggie referenced her decision to leave her assigned bench
and vest behind in the arena after she was asked to serve as this week’s bench
warmer for having the worst performance in the head of house (HoH) games.
Big Brother pointed out that she had been reminded to carry
the items out but she had blatantly refused.
The authoritative voice then told Nomy that her right to
participate in the show had been revoked and she was given 30 minutes to pack
her belongings and leave the house.

Big Brother cited her repeated defiance of his instructions, including leaving her assigned bench and vest behind while serving as this week’s bench warmer.

Nomy had earlier been given a strike during the second week
of the show for the same offense.
Big Brother had then described the sanction as her “last and
final warning,” emphasising that all rules, instructions, and corresponding
punishments must be strictly adhered to.
The 2026 season premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates.
This year’s winner stands to claim a record-breaking grand prize of N160
million, the largest payout in the reality show’s history since its debut in
2006.
