The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has announced a change in the date for the official unveiling of the Makinde/Daura Presidential Campaign Office.
Originally scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, the event will now hold on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 11 a.m. The venue remains the campaign office located at 43 Agadez Street, Wuse 2, Abuja.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Abubakar Yusuf, confirmed the adjustment in a statement on Tuesday, as conveyed by Dr. Sulaimon Olanrewaju, Special Adviser (Media) to the Oyo State Governor.
“The APM urges all our leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members to note this change of date and be guided accordingly. We sincerely regret the inconveniences caused by this change,” the statement read.
The unveiling is expected to mark a major step in the Makinde/Daura campaign’s preparations for the 2027 presidential election.
