A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Kenneth Okonkwo, says former Anambra state governor, Peter Obi, is inconsequential with whatever he does with his life.
Okonkwo made this statement on Thursday during an interview
on Channels Television’s Politics Today.
When asked his ultimate goal on Peter Obi, the Nollywood
veteran-turned politician said he wants to talk about contenders in 2027 and
not pretenders.
“I have just been appointed the spokesperson of Atiku
Abubakar, so Obi is inconsequential in whatever he is doing in his life. May we
proceed to talk about more important issues?
“I want to talk about contenders in 2027, I don’t want to
talk about pretenders. Can you bring down somebody who is already down?
Recall that Atiku, the ADC’s presidential candidate for the
2027 general elections on Thursday appointed Okonkwo as his spokesman.
