Former presidential candidate of the National Interest Party, Eunice Atuejide, has urged African Democratic Congress (ADC) chieftain Kenneth Okonkwo to present any incriminating evidence he claims to have against Labour Party’s Peter Obi in court.
Speaking during an interview on Arise Television’s Prime Time on Thursday, Atuejide emphasized her unwavering support for Obi, stressing that she does not want to follow a leader with a questionable record.
“I challenge Kenneth Okonkwo to disclose in court everything he has against Peter Obi that incriminates him. I want that scrutiny for my children’s sake,” she said.
Atuejide explained that her children take pride in her support for Obi, whom she described as different from the typical Nigerian politician. She insisted that transparency and accountability are essential, urging Okonkwo to make public any evidence he possesses.
She further revealed that she has asked her party leader to ensure the matter continues in court, so that “everybody that has information that incriminates him, I want to see them.”
