Kate Henshaw has spoken about the professionalism displayed during an intimate scene with Daniel Etim-Effiong for the second season of the Netflix series ‘Blood Sisters’.
In a recent episode of WithChude,
Henshaw stated that all aspects of the scene were handled appropriately on set.
The 54-year-old mother of one disclosed that she initiated a
conversation with Etim-Effiong beforehand to ensure mutual comfort.
“I had a conversation with Daniel about it. I asked him how
far, are you comfortable and he said yes he is, that there is no problem,” she
said.
Henshaw praised her co-star for his conduct throughout the
shoot, stating that nothing awkward or inappropriate occurred.
She emphasised that he maintained a professional
demeanour despite her being topless during the shoot.
“Daniel did not rise to the occasion, let me just say. He is
a good boy. At no point did Daniel Etim rise to the occasion, let me clear that
now,” she added.
‘Blood Sisters,’ a crime thriller that first premiered in
2022, follows two best friends whose lives are upended after a murder on a
wedding day forces them to go on the run.
Henshaw and Daniel are among the series’ featured cast
members for its upcoming second season.
