Honourable Yusuf Muhammadu Buhari has emerged as the consensus candidate for the Daura/Sandamu/Mai’adua Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.
His emergence followed wide consultations and agreement among key stakeholders and party leaders in the constituency.
The consensus arrangement is aimed at promoting unity and avoiding a prolonged primary contest within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State.
