A close ally of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has declared that the ex-governor is gearing up to run for President in the 2027 general elections.
Hayatudeen Lawal Makarfi, a known loyalist of El-Rufai, made the revelation during an interview by journalists, stating that preparations for the presidential bid have already commenced.
