The Supreme Court on Wednesday reserved judgment on the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in a case involving former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Austin Nwachukwu, and two other respondents.
The decision came after the apex court regularized all pending processes and heard arguments on the main appeal.
The panel of justices announced that judgment would be delivered on a date to be communicated to the parties.
The appeal stems from earlier proceedings at the lower courts, with the PDP challenging the decision that listed Lamido, INEC, and the other respondents.
Counsel for all parties adopted their briefs before the court adjourned for judgment.
