Nollywood actor Jide Kene Achufusi has tied the knot with his partner, Ifeoma, in a white wedding ceremony held in Milan, Italy, marking a new chapter in his personal life.
Videos from the ceremony, which surfaced online, captured emotional moments as the couple exchanged vows in a sanctuary setting and sealed their union with a kiss at the altar.
The ceremony was followed by a lively reception, where guests were seen celebrating to music in a festive atmosphere.
Among those present at the wedding was fellow Nollywood actor Uzee Usman, who joined other guests at the reception.
Kene had in the days leading up to the ceremony hinted at his wedding plans through a series of posts on his social media page.
Sharing pre-wedding photos, he wrote captions such as “First Look,” “Wedding Bells,” and “To Have & To Hold,” accompanied by the hashtag #JideIfe26.
On Monday, the actor officially confirmed the marriage by posting a wedding photo with his bride, writing, “IGBA NKWU – IFE MELU NA ANAMBRA #JideIfe26.”
The announcement triggered an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, many of whom celebrated the actor’s transition into married life.
In the build-up to the wedding, actress Funke Akindele had also drawn attention to the event on her Snapchat, where she teased her designer, Zack Styling, to prepare an outfit for Usman.
Kene, known for his roles in Nollywood productions, has maintained a relatively private personal life, making the public reveal of his wedding a moment of excitement for his followers.
