Eric Chelle, Super Eagles head coach, has reverted to a familiar starting line-up for the team’s second round game against Mozambique at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The Franco-Malian coach makes eight changes to the rotated

Chukwueze, who also provided two assists.
They are replaced by Wilfred Ndidi and Frank Onyeka, with
Alex Iwobi coming in for Fisayo Dele-Bashiru to complete the midfield trio for
the Eagles.
Stanley Nwabali steps in for Francis Uzoho, Bright
Osayi-Samuel replaces injured Ryan Alebiosu and Igoh Ogbu makes way for Semi
Ajayi at the heart of the defence.

assists.
He can continue his impressive performance as he joins Akor
Adam and Victor Osimhen to lead the team’s attack.
