Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has commended President Bola Tinubu for nominating General Christopher Gwabin Musa (rtd), an illustrious son of the state, as Minister of Defence.
In a statement, Governor Sani described the nomination as a “clear vote of confidence” in General Musa’s outstanding record, capacity, and dedication to duty.
He expressed profound gratitude to President Tinubu, noting that the appointment is not only a personal honour for the retired General but also a gesture of recognition to the people of Kaduna State who hold him in high esteem.
The Governor added that the nomination reflects President Tinubu’s commitment to rewarding merit and strengthening Nigeria’s security architecture at a time the nation is confronting serious security challenges.
