Popular Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has quietly ended her five-year marriage to Michael Fisayo, popularly known as MC Fish.
Insiders close to the couple revealed that the union, which appeared picture-perfect on social media, was plagued by years of emotional turmoil behind closed doors.
The actress reportedly endured two tragic pregnancy losses during the marriage, a stillbirth and a miscarriage with one source tearfully recounting how Anita “held her lifeless baby and cried uncontrollably,” describing it as one of the darkest moments of her life.
The marriage was also said to have been rocked by recurring domestic challenges, including allegations of temper issues and substance-related concerns on the part of her estranged husband.
Despite reported instances of infidelity, friends say Anita repeatedly chose forgiveness in a bid to save the relationship.As of now, the curvaceous actress has not made any official statement regarding the separation.
