Actress Regina Daniels has responded to the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas, for saying she needs help.
Recall that Emeka Rollas, in a lengthy Instagram
post on Thursday, told Rita Daniels to focus on her daughter Regina’s health
instead of contesting the AGN presidency.
While calling out some Nollywood veterans for remaining
silent over the ongoing messy breakup between Regina Daniels and her husband,
Senator Ned Nwoko, Emeka Rollas said: “Regarding Regina, we all know she needs
help. Your silence is unfair.”
In response to the AGN president’s statement, Regina Daniels
said: “Respectfully, there must be something wrong with you, sir, to say I need
help?”
Accusing Rollas of ingratitude and financial misconduct,
Regina, in a post on her Instagram story, said: “I say you are a disgrace of a
president who just visits one office to another, enriching his pocket under the
guise of catering to the wellbeing of actors.
“Well, I’m not shocked because that is how you get
paid—bringing women to my family home several times to take swimming lessons,
which I warned you about—hence your bitterness,” she added.
Recall that vRegina Daniels had, in a viral video on the
internet, called out her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, over alleged domestic
violence.
Denying the allegations, the senator accused her of drug
abuse.
