The Nigerian Senate has confirmed Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh, SAN, from Enugu State, as a federal minister.
Nominated by President Bola Tinubu this week, Udeh was screened and approved on Thursday.
He previously served as Enugu State’s Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
The appointment fills the vacancy left by the resignation of former Minister Uche Nnaji last month. Udeh is expected to be sworn in soon.
