Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has commissioned a 100-unit mass housing estate the country’s first large-scale prefabricated project developed by Family Homes and built by Karmod Nigeria.
Completed in under six months, the estate showcases rapid, high-quality construction using modern prefab technology, far outpacing traditional methods that often span years.Each durable unit is engineered to last over 50 years with regular maintenance.
The estate includes tarred roads, effective drainage, reliable water supply, and stable electricity for enhanced resident comfort.
Family Homes hailed the project as a breakthrough in Nigeria’s housing sector, proving advanced technology can deliver affordable, sustainable homes at scale.
