TV star and entrepreneur Ayesha Curry has revealed that marriage and motherhood were never part of her plans before meeting NBA icon Stephen Curry.
Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Ayesha said she always envisioned a life focused on her career. “I didn’t want kids. I didn’t wanna get married. I thought I was gonna be a career girl and that’s it,” she admitted.
She explained that her outlook changed after falling in love with Steph, whom she met as a teenager. The couple tied the knot in 2011 and now share three children — Riley, Ryan, and Canon.
Ayesha added that motherhood initially made her lose sight of her personal dreams but later inspired her to rediscover herself beyond family life.
Her candid remarks have since sparked online discussions about modern womanhood and balancing ambition with family.
