Unveiled to streamline customs processes, the CVMS centralizes document verification, ensures authentic clearance procedures, and enhances transparency and integrity across operations.
By reducing manual processes, minimizing errors, and speeding up trade facilitation, the system shows the government’s commitment to using technology to improve revenue generation, compliance, and national security.
Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, hailed the CVMS as a milestone, signaling a new era of credibility, efficiency, and trust in customs verification.
