The All Progressives Congress, APC gubernatorial candidate for the forthcoming Anambra State election, Nicholas Ukachukwu, was recently harassed in Abuja over an alleged N1 billion debt.
In a video clip currently making the rounds on social media,
a man is heard shouting “you are owing us N1 billion and you are running for
election”.
While chanting “pay us our money”, the young men also called
on electorates in Anambra State to reject the APC candidate.
Efforts to reach his campaign team proved unsuccessful at
the time of filing this report.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC is
expected to conduct the governorship election on November 8, 2025.
