The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has directed its members to immediately register with the Dangote Refinery to prepare for direct fuel supply, set to begin on Monday, September 15, 2025.
In a memo issued by IPMAN President Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi and National Secretary Hon. James Terlumun Tor, the association instructed all zonal and depot chairmen to ensure compliance.
The memo stated that members who have renewed their IPMAN membership per the 2009 Constitution can now make payments and access petroleum products from the Dangote Refinery.
Members already registered with the refinery are required to resume payments immediately, while those yet to register are urged to do so promptly to enable direct product loading and supply to their locations nationwide.
