Mareme Edet, the Nigerian p#_rn star, has opened up about
her hopes for a marriage built on mutual understanding of her career.
In an interview on the Outside the Box podcast, the adult
content creator also revealed a traumatic childhood experience that shaped her
journey.
The 30-year-old explained she entered the adult industry at
24 and now seeks a partner who would support her work, even participate in it.
Edet described her ideal husband as someone open to an
unconventional dynamic, including threesomes and group experiences, but
emphasised emotional connection over randomness.
“How can I see that man who would still want to do his job,
his day-to-day life, and still have that secret life with me. I want a husband
that we will do threesomes, we will still do 0rg!es, I would still organise,
and we would watch,” she said.
“We would sit down and watch people we invited come and have
sex, and nobody would have sex with us.
“But how can I see that man? Because I cannot just meet a
random person, as a church girl, I will come meet you and say, ‘bros how far? I
want us to be doing an orgy in the future. And we should still have a
threesome.
“Anybody who comes to me now would know that I am already
doing this. And I am sure she is a freaky, crazy, naughty kind of person.”
She clarified that marriage could prompt her to step back
from performing.
“I got to a point in my life that I thought I did not just
want a husband who would do that now. I want a husband who would know that me
doing p#_rn, at a point I will definitely stop. I would still produce, but I
would stop acting. I would still be myself,” she said.
“You know, they say marriage is not all about sex, children.
So if that is the whole experience and the gain is worth it, I might decide
even if the contract is finished, I will not keep acting.”
