President Bola Tinubu has commended Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji for his leadership in advancing infrastructure, security, and economic growth during a meeting at the State House in Abuja.
The visit, which took place on Wednesday, focused on reviewing Ekiti’s progress and its alignment with the federal government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
In a statement shared on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's official X handle, Tinubu praised Oyebanji’s “clear vision, prudent leadership, and focus on empowering the good people of Ekiti to Keep Ekiti Working.”
He noted that the governor’s initiatives mirror the national reforms aimed at fostering sustainable development across Nigeria.
Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to partnering with state governments that translate policies into tangible outcomes.
“Our administration will continue to work closely with states that demonstrate seriousness in turning policy into measurable progress and action, advancing human capital development, strengthening security, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable and shared prosperity for all Nigerians,” he stated.
