Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Farida Sultana Auduson Ibrahim, popularly known as Sultana, has been barred from consuming alcohol for one week, including during the show’s lively Saturday night parties, following a controversial incident in the house.
The announcement, made by Big Brother during a tense lounge session at 2:00 PM WAT on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, comes with a stern warning that failure to comply will lead to “dire consequences,” potentially including eviction from the reality show.
The ban stems from an incident linked to excessive alcohol consumption during the recent Saturday night party, where Sultana, a 26-year-old plus-size model and beautician from Adamawa State, allegedly engaged in disruptive behavior.
While Big Brother did not disclose specific details on the live feed, sources within the show allege that Sultana urinated in a clothing box belonging to fellow housemate Dede, causing outrage among other contestants.
The issue surfaced during a diary session when housemate Doris revealed she had to hand-wash Dede’s soiled clothes late at night, stating, “Sultana’s actions were completely out of line. I had to clean up her mess, and she didn’t even acknowledge it.”
Big Brother addressed Sultana directly, saying, “Your behavior under the influence of alcohol has disrupted the harmony of the house. As a result, you are banned from consuming any alcoholic beverages for one week, including at parties. Non-compliance will result in severe repercussions.”
