The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has declared that opposition parties, including the African Democratic Congress (ADC), have no chance of unseating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
Speaking to hundreds of supporters from the APC League of Professionals during a solidarity visit to the party’s national secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday, Yilwatda pointed to the successes of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda as the foundation for his confidence.
The Plateau-born politician emphasized that the APC is poised to secure victories for its candidates in governorship, national, and state assembly elections nationwide.
Describing himself as a bridge between generations, Yilwatda highlighted key initiatives like the student loan program and various empowerment schemes under Tinubu’s administration, which he said have significantly improved citizens’ lives.
“These achievements demonstrate our commitment to progress,” he stated, reinforcing the party’s determination to maintain its dominance in 2027.
