A delegation of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) lawmakers, led by Senator Rufai Sani Hanga and Honorable Abdulmumin Jibrin, visited former Kano State Governor and NNPP national leader Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso at his Maitama residence in Abuja.
The group, which included several members of the House of Representatives, aimed to reinforce party cohesion and discuss strategic plans, according to reports.

The delegation, headed by Senator Hanga—a known ally of Kwankwaso who previously led a committee to reconcile with other politicians like Alhassan Ado Doguwa in 2022—underscores the NNPP’s efforts to consolidate its base.
Honorable Jibrin, a long-time associate of Kwankwaso and former campaign spokesperson during the 2023 presidential election, has been instrumental in advancing the party’s agenda.
